Community Christian College
Several years ago, visionary Donald Nydam, along with some concerned men and women, met in Redlands, California, and formed Community Christian College. This non denominational, faith based community college represents a new paradigm in higher education that has as its’ mission, the cultivation of students who have slipped through the cracks and have either dropped out of school or have gone on to work. These underserved young men and women who never dreamed about college are drawn to this school, and their success rate is phenomenal.
Most of these students were not even planning on attending college because of their lack of preparedness in the basic disciplines necessary for a college education. Through the Blueprint for Life program, students set realistic educational and career goals, with 80% of students moving on to four-year college programs to earn their bachelor’s degrees.
With six campuses in primarily underserved urban communities, Community Christian College offers an associate’s degree granting liberal arts education to foster student learning and to educate students in a Christian worldview by developing the skills, competencies and character to engage and thrive in our diverse world.

Totally Kids Specialty Healthcare
Totally Kids is a 56-bed pediatric sub acute facility for medically fragile and technology dependent children, providing long-term care and rehabilitation programs for pediatric patients from newborn to age 21.
In July 2014 a new 24-bed acute rehab wing opened, called Totally Kids Acute Rehabilitation Hospital. This newly-built, specialized pediatric inpatient and outpatient rehab facility provides comprehensive therapy with the goal of transitioning pediatric patients back to home and school.
Totally Kids began in 1971, when Donald Nydam’s brother-in-law wanted to provide a better place for children with disabilities to reside. In 1984, Donald joined in the ownership to help grow the hospital into an Intermediate Care and Skilled Nursing Facility for the Developmentally Disabled. KidsShip was soon opened as a pilot day program for integrating education for children with and without special needs.
A second campus of Totally Kids was opened in Sun Valley, California, in 2004, supporting needy families in both Southern Californnia and the West Coast States.
